U10 A Conditioning on Ice Program

Ice times will consist of drills designed to work on skills, tactical play and controlled scrimmages run by Coach Chris Vivarais.
 
Open to all players born in 2013.
 
Space is limited.
 
The cost is $100 for all 4 sessions: 
 
August 22^nd from 6:20 – 7:50pm, Benson Ctr, pad 2 
August 23^rd from 6:20 – 7:50pm, Benson Ctr, pad 2 
August 31^st from 6:30 – 8pm, Civic Complex
September 1^st from 7:00 – 8:30pm, Benson Ctr, pad 1
